GRI produces its own natural rubber compounds with fabrication technology that is of the highest standards, hence enabling GRI to attain the benefit of competitive advantage.
The GRI factory continuously aims to fulfil all Central Environmental Authority (CEA) requirements. In line with its commitment to sustainable development of the environment, the company enforces a strict Green Policy on raw material and waste management. The company is therefore determined to persistently maintain an environmentally friendly ‘dry’ manufacturing process, without emission of gases or liquid disposal. Toxic materials are not employed in the manufacturing process, while noise and dust level compliance are constantly observed. A biomass boiler is used for steam generation, instead of traditional furnace oil boilers. All solid waste and water generated during the manufacturing process is recycled and reused.
An advanced testing laboratory, highly trained technicians, regular quality enhancements and precise monitoring at all stages of production collectively ensures that GRI tires exceed the most demanding quality, performance and safety requirements. GRI relentlessly tests its tires under dynamic as well as static conditions. We believe that innovation through R&D as well as continuous process improvement, both in business and in production, is a critical factor in attaining market success, both now and in the future. Accordingly, GRI constantly aims to improve on the strict quality and safety requirements set out by OEM suppliers and consumers. This far-sighted approach of exceeding client expectations has been instrumental in ensuring that GRI stays ahead of the competition.
